Specialty drinking chocolate, made from single-origin perfectly roasted direct trade cocoa beans, is now starting to be served at the best coffee stores around the world.
Mirzam Chocolate Makers has developed a special 3-hours long training workshop to teach professionals about:
- The bean to bar chocolate making process
- How to taste and appreciate the complexity of cocoa
- How to correctly prepare different recipes of specialty drinking chocolates
Cocoa & coffee might be extremely different; they have a lot in common. In this workshop, baristas will be learning how to properly prepare and serve six different specialty drinking chocolates from different origins, and get creative combining cocoa and coffee beans.
